COLD STARTERS

Taramasalata Crushed north Atlantic lumpfish roe with breadcrumbs, lemon juice, vinegar, & olive oil. .

Tzatziki [vg] [gf] Creamy yogurt with finely diced cucumbers, pureed garlic, olive oil and fresh herbs. .

Dolma [vg] [gf] Vine leaves wrapped with steamed rice, dill, cinnamon, black currants and pine nuts. .

Tabbouleh [vg] Parsley, fresh mint, spring onions and finely diced cherry tomatoes. .

HOT STARTERS

Stuffed Filo Pastry Tubes of filo pastry filled with feta cheese and mint, deep fried with a crispy out side and creamy inside served with sweet chilli dip. .

Sauté Mushroom Baby button mushrooms in a cream and garlic sauce topped with oozing cedar cheese. [v][gf] .

Falafel [vg] [gf] Little balls of grounded chickpeas and broad beans with fresh herbs and vegetables served on a bed of humus. .

Halloumi [v] [gf] Halloumi cheese grilled to perfection and drizzled with a balsamic glaze. .

Turkish Sausage Two skewers of spicy Turkish sausage grilled to perfection. .

Calamari Deep fried squid rings covered in breadcrumbs served with a tangy tartar sauce. .

Stuffed Aubergine Halved aubergines fried to a soft texture and stuffed with sautéed onions, peppers, garlic and tomato sauce, topped with feta cheese. [v] [gf] .

MAIN COURSE

Zorba fish and chips Flaky fresh fish buttered and deep fried served with chips and mushy peas.

Beef burger 10-ounce beef pattie grilled to your liking, served in toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, onions, cheddar cheese & sauce of your liking (ketchup, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce), served with chips. .

Chicken shish Cubes of tender chicken marinated for a delicious rich flavour and cooked over the mangal. .

Sarma Chicken Beyti Ground chicken breast with garlic mixed peppers and parsley cooked over the mangal wrapped in lavash bread toasted then sliced and served on a bed of creamy yogurt, tomato sauce and a drizzle of butter. .

Izmir Kofte Cylinder shaped meat balls slowly cooked in the oven with onions, carrots, potatoes, peppers and peas in a rich tomato sauce. .

Lamb Casserole Cubes of tender lamb sautéed with onions, peppers and tomatoes. .

Meat Moussaka Layers of potatoes, aubergines and courgettes with minced meat in the centre and topped with béchamel sauce and cheddar cheese. .
