Our restaurants are built on family values. Sedat Zorba owned a café for eight years before his passion for sharing food with others led him to establish a Turkish restaurant in his name in Tunbridge Wells in 2017. Since then, Zorba Meze Grill has gone from strength to strength and a second restaurant has opened in Lewes. It is important to us that the restaurants share our family name, and this has driven us to perfect a high-quality menu, service, atmosphere, and aesthetic that we take great pride in.
Our reputation
We are proud of the reputation we have gained as one of the best Turkish restaurants in Kent, and our customer reviews suggest that we are already making an excellent impression in East Sussex. We have had customers travel up to 40 miles to visit our restaurants, as they want to experience the quality of the food that we serve for themselves.

Our heritage
People often ask whether Zorba Meze Grill has any Greek connections. While our family has some Greek heritage, our roots are in Turkey. We’ve spent the majority of our lives here in the UK and, as a result, we have taken inspiration from all walks of life. When people ask if we’re Greek or Turkish, we say neither. We’re British.
